Ready to get your next bold move out of the drafts folder and into the world?
I help sensitive creatives, coaches, and entrepreneurs move out of freeze and into aligned visibility—so you can step into your next level without burning out.
Does This Sound Like You?
On paper, you're wildly capable. People admire your work. You have a track record of following through.
But secretly, you wonder if any of that really counts. You’ve done big things before—but this new thing feels different. Riskier. More personal.
And so, you're circling around your next-level work instead of stepping directly into it.
You keep reworking the offer, editing the book, tinkering with the draft of the website, second-guessing the launch.
Maybe you're:
Or maybe, it’s sneakier than that.
You’re not spiraling—you’re just… numb. Disinterested. You tell yourself you’ve lost the spark, or that maybe you don’t actually care that much anymore.
But under the surface? That’s impostor syndrome, too. Fear in disguise.
Because when something truly matters to you, your nervous system will try to protect you by dulling the signal and going into a freeze response.
You’re not lacking clarity, credentials, or talent.
Your nervous system is simply afraid of what will happen when you take that next bold step, and you’re waiting to feel safe enough first—which doesn't happen in isolation.
Let’s create that safety together—so you can finally launch the thing.
The real turning point isn’t when you’re finally ‘ready.’ It’s when you stop hiding.
— Anna Holtzman
The Fear Loop That's Keeping You Stuck.
You can feel it—the pull toward your next chapter. The career pivot. The new offer. The book.
You daydream about it constantly. You can almost taste it.
But instead of stepping in... you stall.
You tweak, overthink, delay, spiral.
Not because you’re lazy or unclear—
But because your nervous system is tangled in the tension between desire and fear.
Maybe you're:
Or maybe you’re not spinning—you’re flatlining.
You feel bored, unmotivated, or checked out.
You say things like “I don’t know what I want anymore” or “Maybe that idea wasn’t actually right for me.”
But if you scratch just beneath the surface, there’s a quiet grief there.
Grief for the thing you do want—but feel too overwhelmed, exposed, or confused to claim.
This isn’t a lack of purpose. It’s a body on pause.
And the work is not to push through—it’s to melt the freeze.
You don’t need more courses, certifications, or strategies. You need capacity.
Imagine if you could:
✔ Publish the post, pitch the offer, or finally launch the thing—without spiraling.
✔ Feel grounded even as you put yourself out there.
✔ Move forward from a place of clarity, connection, and actual self-trust.
✔ Stop trying to play the part—and step forward as who you actually are, unfiltered.
This isn’t about bravado, pushing through, or holding your breath and jumping off a cliff.
It’s about alignment.
And it starts in your body.
Take a deep breath. Let it fill your belly. Slowly exhale.
Picture a moment—past or future—when you felt completely free and at home in your own skin.
The shift doesn’t come from pushing harder.
It comes from feeling safe enough to show up.
Who This Is For (and Who It's Not For)
This is for you if...
You’ve got a thing: a book, an offer, a project, a shift in identity that wants to be born.
You’ve gotten your feet wet—trainings, journaling, therapy, visioning—and you’re ready for what’s next.
You’re craving your next edge—more truth, more expression, more visibility.
You know, deep down, you’re here to lead, share, and be seen—even if the imposter syndrome is screaming at full volume right now.
This is not for you if...
You’re looking for a step-by-step strategy or someone to tell you exactly what to do—this isn’t that.
You’re not yet ready to pause, reflect, and listen to your own inner voice—you’d rather skip the messy inner stuff and just push through.
You want to stay in the “just thinking about it” phase a while longer—you’re not quite ready to take meaningful steps, even with support.
This work isn’t about following someone else’s blueprint.
It’s about tuning in to your truth, learning to trust it, and moving in the direction it’s already trying to take you.
I’ll hold the mirror, the map, and the steadiness—so you can stop circling in fear and start taking the next clear, brave step.
The Results You'll Walk Away With.
By the end of our time together, you won’t just feel ready. You’ll be doing the damn thing.
You Will:
Publish the project that’s been sitting in your drafts.
Launch the offer that reflects the real you.
Express yourself online and in your work with courage and clarity.
Make peace with being seen in your full expression.
Move from "Can I really do this?" to "Of course I can."
This isn’t just about launching. It’s about becoming the person who launches.
Why I Do This Work.
I know what it’s like to have a big vision—and an even bigger fear of being seen.
In my 20s, I made a scrappy documentary that got me interviewed on live radio by David Lee Roth (yes, that David Lee Roth). I was full of chutzpah—until one bad blog review made me stop promoting the film entirely.
That became a pattern: take a leap → get hurt → retreat.
I thought maybe I just wasn’t cut out for the kind of success other people created.
But what I didn’t know was that my nervous system was going into shutdown.
Not because I didn’t care—because visibility felt unsafe.
It wasn’t until chronic migraines brought my life to a halt in my 40s that I finally slowed down enough to understand what was happening. Through mind-body healing, I learned how to work with my fear instead of against it—and slowly, gently, I started showing up for my work again.
Today, I help sensitive entrepreneurs, creatives, and coaches do the same.
Not by teaching a step-by-step formula, but by creating a space where your nervous system can relax, your truth can surface, and your visibility becomes an act of alignment—not adrenaline.
Professionally, I bring nearly a decade of experience as a licensed therapist and coach trained in Somatic Experiencing, Pain Reprocessing Therapy, and Nonviolent Communication.
Before that, I spent 15 years in the NYC media world—editing reality TV and writing for design magazines—which taught me how to shape stories and navigate the deeper layers beneath them.
If you’ve been ghosting your goals because visibility feels scary, you’re not broken.
You just need a way to move forward that your nervous system can actually handle.
Let’s build that together, one safe step at a time.
